In addition to this, you are liable to comply with the operating rules/policies applicable to the plans/services offered by Efficise, as stated in any section of this website. Efficise reserves the right to modify, change, update or cancel this agreement as seen fit, without prior notice. Such changes will be effective upon posting on Efficise.com. USE OF Efficise.com OR SERVICES AFTER SUCH CHANGES HAVE TAKEN EFFECT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL CHANGES. Efficise may offer new services/plans and they will be effective upon posting on Efficise.com.

This “Terms of Service Agreement” sets the standards of use for Efficise members. In case of violation of this “Terms of Service Agreement” the company reserves the right to revoke or cancel membership without notice.

Description of Service

Efficise offers Virtual Assistants to help entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals save time. Our services are available worldwide in English. Users are responsible for all equipment and services needed to access and use the company's service(s). Efficise is a paid service and users agree to be billed for, and pay charges as reflected in their accounts. Efficise reserves the right to modify, change, update, add or discontinue any service or plan at its discretion. Any such change will be effective upon posting on Efficise.com.

Acceptable Use

Upon signing up each user receives an account to a specially designed Efficise dashboard, which enables the user to submit and monitor progress on tasks and view account information. Users are responsible for any/all activities which occur under their account whether authorized or not. Access to this account is meant for one individual only and passwords should not be shared under any circumstances.

Efficise WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY SAFEGUARD YOUR USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD OR TO OTHERWISE COMPLY WITH THIS SECTION.

Efficise offers the use of its services through different plans designed to suit the different needs of individuals and business owners. Each plan has its own Terms and Conditions also stated in the form of Q & A in the relevant sections of this website. The acceptable use is limited to the scope of these Terms and Conditions of each plan.

Task Based Plans (May also be referred to as individual or personal plan)

We offer task credits in the form of monthly packages.

  • Each task credit gives the user 30 minutes of an assistant's work.
  • The is a recurring monthly subscription with the amount payable in advance. There is no long term contract and the users may cancel the subscription anytime by logging into their account. The users may also upgrade or downgrade their plan anytime they want, however any such change will be effective from their next billing date.
  • Remaining task credits at the end of the billing cycle (whether out of the monthly quota or any additional purchased task credits) will not rollover to the next month and will be lost indefinitely.
  • Any additional terms and conditions that might be stated in the form of Q & A or otherwise in any other section of this website are considered part of this “Terms of Service agreement” and are equally applicable.

Dedicated Assistant (May also be referred to as hourly plan or business plan)

A user may also request to work with a dedicated assistant. A single assistant will be assigned to the user who will handle all of their tasks.

  • A dedicated assistant will be available on hourly basis. Hourly rates for a dedicated assistant start at $10/hour.
  • The is a recurring monthly subscription with the amount payable in advance. There is no long term contract and the users may cancel the subscription anytime by logging into their account. The users may also upgrade or downgrade their plan anytime they want, however any such change will be effective from their next billing date.
  • Remaining hours at the end of the billing cycle (whether out of the monthly quota or any additional purchased hours) rollover to the next month until the subscription stays active. Upon cancellation any accumulated hours will be lost indefinitely.
  • Any additional terms and conditions that might be stated in the form of Q & A or otherwise in any other section of this website are considered part of this “Terms of Service agreement” and are equally applicable.

Free Trial and Discount offers

Efficise may periodically advertise free trials and discount offers on this website. The company reserves the right to charge you if you continue the use of service beyond the free trial period. The company also reserves the right to cancel the free trial at any given time without notice.

Gifts

You may choose to send Efficise Subscription as a gift to someone. Gift subscription purchases are not applicable for any refunds. However you may choose to transfer the gift subscription to someone else.

Prohibited Use

As a user of the Services or the Site, you agree to use the Services and the Site only for lawful purposes. Use of the Services or the Site for transmission, distribution, retrieval or storage of any information, data, or other material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.

Prohibited Use of service includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Broadcasting through the service any pornographic, obscene, illegal, offensive, harassing, racist, defamatory, libelous threatening, hateful or any other objectionable material at all.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Site through login password mining or any other means.
  • Violating rules, laws and regulations governing transmission/export of technical data from your home country.
  • Using material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other intellectual property right without proper authorization.
  • Post or send any fraudulent or misleading offers of products, items, loans, or other services.

Refund Policy

  • In case of any lack or shortfall in service, Efficise will make every possible effort to overcome that shortfall by reworking on the project or task.
  • Ongoing subscriptions and recurring charges may be cancelled at any time. The cancellation will be effective immediately but the user may continue to use the service till the end of their current billing period.
  • You can manage your subscriptions directly from your “BlueSnap Customer Account”. If you fail to cancel your subscription before the next billing date and subsequently a charge is made, no refunds will be entertained.
  • Refunds requests for non-usage of task credis or hours by the customer are not applicable.
  • Refunds are not applicable on the products/services bought on behalf of client on client’s instructions.
  • Gift subscription purchases are not applicable for any refunds.
  • All refund requests will be subject to the discretion of Efficise Management.

Termination and Interruption of Service

Efficise does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website. Our operations may be interrupted at any given time for maintenance or updates, interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances beyond our control. Efficise reserves the right to interrupt or discontinue the service without any prior notice. In the event of termination, the links to Third-Party Sites, General Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Uses, Proprietary Rights, Indemnity, Applicable Laws and General Terms Sections set forth in this TOS shall still survive. Refunds will only be issued for interruptions of greater lengths of time than 5 business days. Refund can be either cash or credit towards future service, at the company's discretion.

Some of the links on the site may allow you to leave Efficise.com site. Third-party sites to which the site may link ("third-party linked sites") are not in any way under Efficise's control, and Efficise does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information, content, communications, services, goods or other materials available on such third-party linked sites or for any changes or updates to such sites.

Compliance with Laws

  • Efficise is operated from Islamic Republic of Pakistan with servers located in USA. You agree and submit yourself to the jurisdictional statutes and laws of Pakistan, without regard to the conflicts of law principles, will govern all matters relating to this TOS or to your use of the Site. Efficise makes no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal or prohibited. Those who choose to access the Site shall be doing so on their own initiative and shall be solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
  • The company complies with all applicable laws. Furthermore, the company complies with local laws and regulations wherever it operates on behalf of its members. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that no laws or regulations are broken in the course of completing a request or task.
  • The company will cooperate with any legal authority upon request, if jurisdiction is proven. This cooperation will void all terms of use contained herein if required. All enforceable and applicable laws overrule this Terms of Service.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation all remaining tasks and hours will be lost. Once you cancel you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.
